History

ADR is an acronym for Anthony, David and Ray, the father and sons founders of ADR Specialty LLC.  Ray Long has been a custom Home Builder in Mobile and Baldwin counties Alabama, for over 42 years. From an early age, Ray taught his boys the construction trade and more importantly the value of hard work and an eye for detail. Both Anthony and David would eventually work within their father’s business as superintendents and go on to run their own businesses before coming back together to start ADR, an idea born from a project Anthony hired David to complete.

Attention to detail, a personal relationship with their clients and the knowledge to complete projects in a timely fashion - that’s ADR.

David Long

I feel we all have a God given talent. I feel my talent has always been being able to build, fix, & put things together very well. I also have the ability to figure things out very quickly. This talent has best served me in the construction business. Therefore, being raised around the construction business all my life, I feel comfortable on a job site. The construction profession is one that I chose and where I think I excel the most. I truly enjoy working with my hands and doing whatever it takes to get the job done.

Raymond Long owner Ray Long Builders for 42 years remodeling, spec. home, custom homes, light commercial construction. Started ADR Specialty LLC with two sons Anthony and David to work for GC’s and retail Clients in providing service to install retail Fixture, Furniture & Equipment. I’ve always believed in giving back to the community and the industry that you service. When my three kids where young I served as president St Vincent Catholic school Board of Education, President of Baker High school baseball boosters club, McGill Catholic High Softball boosters club, coached Little League and Babe Ruth baseball. Homebuilder Association of Metro Mobile Serviced on numerous other committees, Board of Directors on local, state, national level,
